Dear Guest,
Thank you for choosing Tenuta Mun for your upcoming retreat. We kindly ask you to read our booking policies below, which serve to ensure a seamless and tailored experience during your stay. <\/div>\n
\n

1) Bookings & Payment Terms:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

To secure your stay, reservations are finalized upon receipt of the deposit\/payment outlined in your booking summary.
\nWe welcome payments by direct bank transfer or via the secure online payment link provided in your booking confirmation.
\nTo guarantee your reservation, a 50% deposit of the total stay is required. The remaining 50% balance must be settled no later than 45 days prior to your arrival.
Additionally, a cash security deposit is required upon check-in (\u20ac500 for Suite Radici; \u20ac200 for Suite Vite and Suite Lavanda). This deposit will be refunded in full upon check-out, pending a final property inspection.
We kindly ask you to ensure the exact deposit amount is available in cash upon arrival. The security deposit serves to cover any incidental damage or losses that may occur during your time at Tenuta Mun. <\/p>\n

2) Cancellations & Reservation Changes<\/strong><\/h3>\n

  • Should you need to cancel or amend your stay, please notify us in writing via email.”<\/li>\n
  • Date adjustments requested more than 30 days prior to your arrival are offered with our compliments, subject to availability.<\/li>\n
  • Cancellations received up to 30 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund of the deposit paid.<\/li>\n
  • For cancellations requested within 30 days of arrival, as well as in the case of a no-show, the total amount paid will be non-refundable.<\/li>\n
  • Should you wish to reschedule your stay between 30 and 7 days prior to arrival, a 30% fee of the amount paid will be applied to transfer your reservation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. Booking Policy:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Please be advised that weather conditions remain beyond our control. To protect your journey against hydrofoil cancellations or unexpected delays due to sea conditions, we gently recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. <\/p>\n

    4. Liability & Guest Responsibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    Tenuta Mun accepts no liability for personal injury, loss, or damage to guest belongings sustained while on the property grounds.
    \nWe warmly advise securing tailored travel insurance to protect your journey against unexpected events, such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or transport delays.<\/p>\n

    5) Check-in & check-out:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    We welcome guests for check-in from 3:00 PM onwards, and kindly request that check-out be completed by 11:00 AM
    \nShould you require an early check-in or late check-out, we will do our best to accommodate your request subject to availability; please note that additional fees may apply.<\/p>\n

    6. House Rules:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

    • To help us preserve the beauty and serene order of the estate, we warmly invite you to wear the complimentary organic cotton slippers while indoors;<\/u><\/u><\/li>\n
    • Tenuta Mun houses a curated collection of fine art, designed to offer an experience that blends quiet hospitality with cultural enrichment. We warmly invite your mindful collaboration in respecting and preserving this delicate harmony during your stay.<\/u><\/u><\/li>\n
    • To fully embrace our countryside surroundings while respecting nature, we kindly ask that food and drinks not be left unattended outdoors or in the garden, as this may attract local wildlife;<\/u><\/u><\/li>\n
    • To ensure your stay remains effortlessly comfortable, housekeeping is provided daily, with bed linens refreshed every four days. Should you desire a change of linens at any point, our team will be delighted to assist you. <\/u><\/u><\/li>\n
    • For your personal safety and peace of mind, we kindly ask you to remain within the estate’s designated grounds and refrain from crossing boundary markers;<\/u><\/u><\/li>\n
    • To preserve the tranquil rhythm of the estate and ensure a restful stay for all guests, we kindly request that quiet hours be respected from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM;<\/u><\/u><\/li>\n
    • In harmony with our commitment to sustainability, we kindly invite you to switch off lights and air conditioning whenever you step out, helping us preserve the natural energy of the estate;<\/li>\n
    • To ensure a fresh and welcoming environment for all our guests, smoking is strictly forbidden inside the property. Designated outdoor areas are available for your convenience.;<\/li>\n
    • To keep everything operating smoothly, we kindly ask you to keep the main door shutter (the one equipped with the handle) closed to prevent the mechanism from sticking or jamming.<\/li>\n
    • To enjoy the fresh rural air while keeping your space comfortable, we kindly ask that mesh screens remain closed whenever doors or windows are open to keep local insects and wildlife outside.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      KITCHEN GUIDELINES<\/strong><\/p>\n

      • To ensure your safety and protect our glassware, we kindly ask that you use ceramic cups or mugs for hot beverages like tea and coffee, rather than drinking glasses.<\/li>\n
      • To protect our cookware and ensure it stays in pristine condition, we kindly ask you to use the provided wooden utensils instead of metal forks or cutlery when stirring or cooking. <\/li>\n
      • To protect our kitchen surfaces, we kindly ask you to always place hot cookware onto the provided cork trivets rather than directly onto the cooktop or countertops. <\/li>\n
      • To protect the natural ecosystem of the estate, we kindly ask you to use only eco-friendly cleaning products during your stay.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        7) Included Services:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, parking, electric vehicle (EV) charging station, safe, slippers and beach towels, organic shampoo and soap, hairdryer, and filtered water.<\/p>\n

        8) Housekeeping & Linen Change:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

        Morning cleaning service from Monday to Saturday (please use the “Cleaning in Progress” sign on the door).
        \nBed linen and towel changes take place every 3 days or upon request, for an additional fee of \u20ac20. Additionally, towels will be changed daily upon request. Please inform our staff of any specific requests regarding the cleaning service and the change of towels and bed linens. <\/p>\n

        9) On-demand Services:<\/strong><\/h3>\n

          10) Termination of Contract:<\/strong><\/h3>\n
